Bilingual Senior Administrative Specialist & Family Engagement Facilitator

Hi my name is Hadee, I’m the Bi-lingual Senior Administrative Specialist as well as the Family

Engagement Facilitator I have been working for Salem Public Schools since 1998 in different

capacity throughout the district. I have been at New Liberty since 2011, I am originally from the

Dominican Republic and speak Spanish.

At New Liberty I oversee operations for the school, and I am also part of the Student Support

Team. As Family Engagement Facilitator my role is to help families in any capacity to help them

help their students become successful. As a school community our culture is to develop

relationships with our students as well as their families and support people. One of our goals as

a school community is to do home visit, whether it is in the community or at the student’s

home. We find that those student with which we have a good relationship with their support

systems do better overall.
